• Check-in between 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. Call to make arrangements for check-ins after 7 p.m.
• Check-out time 11 a.m.
• Occupancy is limited to two (2) people per room.
• Two (2) night minimum stay on weekends.
• A $20 processing fee is required to make a reservation. Upon arrival the fee will be applied to the room charge. If the reservation is cancelled, the fee will be forfieted.
• A ten (10) day advance notice is required for cancellations or a one (1) night charge is assessed.
• Prior approval is required for day guests.
• All rooms are Non Smoking.
• Breakfast is included in the room rate and served to your room each morning.
• No pets allowed.
• Guests who arrive after their confirmed arrival date or who depart before their confirmed departure date will be charged the full rate unless the accommodation is resold for that booked period.

We are located about 3 hours North of the Detroit area.

Take I-75 to US-23 (Standish Exit #188) Travel North on Historic US-23 approximately 53 miles, between Tawas and Oscoda.
